This park is a near and dear place to our hearts. We lived in Orient for almost 10 years before moving to Greenfield in 2013. When the teenagers were young the ABC Park was easily identified by the metal ABC shaped climbing letters. Over the years the Park has changed and in later years has much improved. While the signature letters are gone, they’ve been replaced by safe and fun equipment.

The littles enjoy the climbing castle that can be climbed on or hidden in. There is also a “rock mountain” that they can climb/walk up instead of using the steps. Apparently underneath these rocks are “fossils” to check out.

This mom loves that there are so many places to play the littles can play in their own imaginations without crossing paths if they want. The bathrooms weren’t open the morning we went, but there is a water fountain and picnic shelter to make for more fun! A bonus is if you time it right there are miniature horses in the pasture to the south that are fun to meet too.
